While serving in the Army,all of the presidents pictures lined the hallway.Everyone to the man despised him.The most prominent part of his picture was his teeth hanging out with his asinine grin.Someone kept coloring in a few of his teeth to make him look like the inbred hillbilly he was.[No offense to brother Billy intended].The Commander had it when someone drew horns on his head and posted a 24 hour guard to stop the desecration.I thought it improved his looks!And no,it did not stop the teeth from being colored in.It was eventually removed for"restoration'purposes,only to never be seen again.

What American people give privately, through charities, is as great or greater than the government foreign aid of other countries. Americans are compassionate and top-of-the-class world givers of aid. Unlike Carter, we don't leave all the responsibility for that to the gubernut; in fact the private world charities do a better job in most cases - they put aid where its needed most.

My enduring memory of this "presidente mierda" was taking 5 minutes to get out of my driveway, and another 5-10 to get off of my block, because there were so many gas stations near my house - and the gas lines were wrapped around the block.

Carter: First of all, my honest opinion is that a strong majority of Israelis agree with me. Secondly, I believe a clear majority of American Jewish citizens agree with me that Israel must exchange Palestinian land for peace.
