The green prince has found an uncritical audience for his message. Feted in Philadelphia, honoured in New York, Prince Charles's East Coast weekend appears to have re-cast the heir to the throne in a new role.
While Americans have always been entranced by the gleam of royalty - even if they would not choose it for themselves - America's willingness to hear the Prince's message on environmental issues suggests that he has a voice here in the former colony that is drowned out in the convolution of royal goings-on at home.
Americans are not interested in the obvious eco-contradictions of the visit - the emissions of flying the royal party over, or indeed the emissions from the extended motorcade. These are easy hits. But they are now interested in climate change.

Damn that's funny!
God save the Queen!
Charles is a turnip with an IQ of 12. No thanks... I'll take a pass on his scientific expertise!

Harvard just keeps sinking to new lows. With that huge endowment, what a pity.
It truly is a pity!
