O.K. run a social conservative in the Republican primary. If that person defeats Kirk in the primary, You just handed that seat to the Democrats. Kirk is a fiscal conservative, which is what the majority of the people in that district want. He may not be socially conservative enough for you, but he represents the views of the people of the 10th district.

I SOOOO agree with you. I did my part to defeat this RINO arse last election. I voted for every single Republican except him. I was most vocal with our Committeemen about his terminal RINOism. They seemed shocked! Go figure. He also gets failing grades on his immigration votes.
