His recent TV appearances and interviews have exposed the general public to him and his views, and today's USA Today poll reflects an upswing in his support. As the public learns more about all the candidates I would expect those numbers to go and down over the next 21 months.

Yep.
I try to spread my support around in the primaries for good candidates. I've contributed $250 to Rep. Duncan Hunter (R-CA). I'm pleased to see Duncan Hunter has a new, improved campaign web site now and there is life in his campaign.
I will freely admit that I've contributed much more to Mitt Romney's campaign and have been actively fundraising for him elsewhere. But at least I've given something tangible to Duncan Hunter with far less expectations of a return for my contribution.
Thanks:) It is a great place to live!
I am thankful everyday to be here and as a bonus im in the reddest county in the state;)
Feels nice to a gal who grew up in liberal Washington state.
Where 'bouts did you vacation out here?
Misleading?
There was LESS evidence to support Iraq's WMD's than supports Rudy's LEFT BENT to LIBERALISM.
Find me ONE CONSERVATIVE appointee Rudy made in New York.
Just ONE.
Where I failed was to actually put my pointer right ON Rudy.
Dear shrinkermd,
"What we really need is able new people."
I think we have able folks.
I think Duncan Hunter is very able, very good on most issues, a good speaker. He seems able to communicate effectively on TV, especially when he's up against someone who disagrees with him.
But too many folks seem willing to permit the lamestream media to define who is an acceptable candidate for us. So, Mr. Hunter doesn't have a lot of name recognition at this point a year before the first primaries. So, folks are afraid that he won't get the "blessing" of the lamestream media because he's so conservative.
I remember Ronald Reagan's presidency. He had to fight the lamestream media every day for eight years. It wasn't easy. But he did it.
We should follow his example and not give up so readily on such a good candidate, and other good conservatives who are running or will run.
And we also need to set the boundaries so that it's clear about who is beyond the Pale. It should be obvious to actual conservatives that pro-abort, pro-homosexual agenda, anti-gun, mildly statist northeastern liberals are beyond the Pale.
It shows how bad off is the conservative movement that so many conservatives seem willing to capitulate to such unnacceptable candidates.

From what I have been told the mayor appoints the chair and twelve members. The two presiding justices of the appellare division, each appoints six. Deans of local law schools are appointed on a rotating basis. The committee is 27 members with fewer than half appointed by the mayor.
I spent many hours hiking in Yellowstone National Park and at Jackson Hole on day trips and overnight stays, while spending the summer months in my uncle's timber-frame cabin near the shore of Hebgen Lake which is just across the state line in Montana.
Well, that may be ... however no matter how you spin it the mayor doesnt control the appointments of judges.
I hate to bring this up, but you have a few RINO's supporting theis resolution already.
Besides, I contend that if it were not for the RINO's already in the Senate, we would not have done so poorly in November.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me.
Ain't falling for that one again, so if you wantt Hillary, just go ahead and push that cross dressing ex mayor on us.
I'm not talking about Rudy. I'm talking about your headline in which you cite a freeper poll (but don't acknowledge it as a meaningless poll in the headline) and then pass off your extrapolated conclusions from that "poll" to suggest there would be a split in the GOP. It is baloney.
Zeroisanumber you get one vote, I get one vote, therefore you count for exactly Zero. Get over it.
I guess you would not be addressing that remark to the RINO's that occupy many of the seats of power, probably not.
Divide and conquer!!!
Truly, you're the only Perot voter I know of with no regrets.
No, I'm sorry the Republicans are so stupid that a Perot was needed. And I'm sorry they will probably be stupid enough to do it again. But we will survive and maybe a party that understands freedom and liberty will come into being. One can always hope.
