I wonder how many photos he took before he got that one or it could just have been a lucky one and got it quickly - very often the best photos are ones that catch you unawares.

More likely, Snugs, he had a rapid advance on his camera, you know, click, click, click to thirty or so shots in one a little more than a second. Then picked the best one. But, who knows?
