I disagree. He is pointing out that if you have a problem, leadership requires trying to solve the problem. algore's solution might be to put us back in the stone age.

He is pointing out that if you have a problem, leadership requires trying to solve the problemLeadership also involves standing up to liberal herd movements instead of joining the stampede. Solutions are meaningless when the problem is non-existent. Rudy just gave the liberals cannon fodder to pass restrictions on our economy. Thanks for the "leadership", Rudy. Leading us leftwards, that is.

Well, when the real solution involves cooling the sun down... how do these morons suggest we "fix" the non-problem...

RG's comment is similar to Mark Levin's comment the other night on his radio show about how Pelosi and the left criticize and attack President Bush's Iraq policy, but offer no solutions of their own. That doesn't make Mr. Levin anti-war or anti-Bush. I too would like to know what Al G(wh)ore intends to do about the global warming "problem" other than attack President Bush. Tell me Al, as you travel around the country in your oil guzzling private jets and limos, have you come up with a real solution to what you believe is a real problem?

Did Rudy say that it was really about fighting pollution in a logical , science based way. That`s not ALGORE and the crazies.

This is not the role of government.
Lose the lobbyists, lose any business tax, and deregulate, then you'll see faster results. Large corporations don't take the same level of risks that smaller companies do. But the larger companies can afford to keep up with regulations. Oh no, my Libertarian side is showing.... and I don't think Rudy Giuliani has one. But there's still a year and a half to go.
