It is an unfortunate truth that at present, nobody in government is interested in admitting that terrorism can occur on US soil. The Democrats are bending over backwards to try and diassociate the word "Muslim" from the word "violent"...while the Republicans cannot afford to admit the connection without some serious scrutiny being given to the immigration policies that the Bush administration has advocated for the past half decade.
Could be or it could be that they don't want the population to start a purge.
Therein lies the truth that we must all face!
