I have mixed thoughts on this one. The only plus is that none of them can try to twist the facts as presented, without perhaps being put on the spot.
But surely leaks will occure. How damaging will that be obviously yet has to be determined after the fact.
I wonder how many of these clowns are capable of actually absorbing all the information that report contains, if they are not to take notes. Just because they may get to read the ninety pages does not mean many of them will remember what they read. And if this is the case, then how effective are they going to be at debating what they do not understand.

If all 435 House members are to be allowed access to Intelligence reports everytime they have a hissy fit, what use is there of having an Intelligence Committee?
