Al Franken is running in MN and Coleman was given the go-ahead to vote like he did. Same with McCain not being there to vote. If the vote had been needed, he and Collins would have been there. McConnel is one smart leader.
I hope Mitch McConnell is getting something from Norm for letting him play this game.
