I love the cornflakes -- never tried that. Made some Italian bread yesterday with pork roast (lots of garlic throughout it with black pepper and parsley), mashed potatoes, and green beans with garlic and olive oil, along with endive salad. Always thought pork roast was kind of bland until I learned to make it the Italian way. I cook with garlic and olive oil a lot.
Besides the garlic, pepper & parsley, put some fresh rosemary on that pork roast, PhiKapMom....now that's Italian.
