"I support choice ...."

That's just a liberal phrase for PRO-ABORTION. You are PRO-ABORTION.

I live in Seattle. The Fremont neighborhood has a Lenin statue and Baghdad Jim McDermott gets over 70% of the vote every two years.

What's the "Conservative Party"?

Given Koch, LaGuardia, Dinkins, etc., how did Rudy make such a difference?

now you are worried about someone who sets the timing on traffic lights, and figures out which roads to close for construction?

who even wants the job, now its some plumb position for a prominent conservative to be NYC DOT commissioner? Like William F Buckley wants to decide if I can make a left onto 6th avenue?

She was a sweet friend of mine, but I don't recall the VARS. :(

Yes, I know you posted in good fun and likewise I did, but I guess you missed my humor. :0)

Posting whilst imbibing alcoholic beverages is NOT particularly wise and no, the ONLY time I have posts and drunk a flute of champagne, was on election night of 2004 and on the night in 2000 that President Bush was finally, FINALLY announced the winner of that election.

You are PRO-ABORTION.

No. I think a woman has a right to deal with her pregnancy as she see's fit - albiet, with more restrictions than we currently have.

That makes me a limited pro-choicer? < / I love catagorizing>

Not to worry, the liberal party of NYC loves him. And Schumer. And Hillary. And NARAL.

I don't drink.

But you know what, given these Rudy threads - I think I may actually have to start drinking now.

Tell you what ...we have absolutely nothing in common. I choose to take my battles to the far left and the Islamist maniacs. Close minded, far right, judgmental, ideologues pretending to represent the Holy Roman Catholic Church have little in common with me.

Lets part company

Actually, the post of DOT Commissioner comes with more responsibility than most people might realize.

Chuck Schumer's wife learned this when she was personally named in several massive civil lawsuits in the aftermath of the Staten Island Ferry disaster a couple of years ago.

As I posted to EV up thread, I don't agree with Rudy on every position. There's not a candidate in site I agree with on every position.

But I think, at this critical time in our nation, he provides the leadership we need. And, as I also said, I don't see anyone else other than Romney or McCain that I think has a prayer of winning the nomination. At least no one has given me a strong enough argument to think otherwise.

In the end, I'll support the GOP nominee.

Your mileage may vary.

Go with God. Do try and stop attacking those with whom you disagree. You'll be better for that, trust me.

I seem to recall that SPAM and trolling threads trying to incite flame wars are also not permitted. Maybe, I'm mistaken.

I thought the same thing! Must only apply to us!

I hope that you do support the GOP nominee. I am reasonably sure it will NOT be a liberal NARAL supporter.
