"Texas allows parents to opt out of inoculations by filing an affidavit stating that he or she objected to the vaccine for religious or philosophical reasons."

Also, boys don't get cervical cancer (check your anatomy knowledge!) If there was an inoculation against prostate cancer, I'm sure it'd be mandatory, too - would you be complaining that the girls didn't have to get that vaccination?

The Girls GET the virus from the boys! How about curing the boys first?

Last time I checked, men weren't getting prostate cancer from STD's on a regular basis. Anatomy isn't the only thing you need to check your knowledge on.

Boys may not get cervical cancer but they sure as heck can get venereal warts, which are caused by HPV, which they can transmit to their partners.

LOL...just try and opt out for religious or philosophical reasons! That's the same thing we were told when they started drug testing my son who was in band. He could be randomly drug tested for no apparant reason or be in band. End of story. Same thing we were told when our tiny school went to uniforms. If a kid was in Scouts, sports, band, altar server, or anywhere else that "uniforms" were required, no opt out.

I did know some who went the religious opt out route on the drug testing. They ended up in court and lost.

There's no money spent on research for men's problems, only womens.
