Yeah, that religion in politics thing worked so well ... never in human history. When Christianity is used as the foundation for a government, you get the United States. When atheism is used as the foundation for a government, you get China.

Who's talking about religion in politics? I'm talking about a Republic made up of informed, believing Christians who attempt to live moral live in conformity with the teachings of Christ. That model has worked extremely well when tried. We are living on the stored-up capital of such a system right now...
