I don't know about anyone else, but I am still waiting for Michael Schiavo to make a correction on his blog about what "actually" took place in Colorado when he went there (to the debate) to supposedly ask Congresswoman Musgrave one question and she and her staff supposedly tried to have him removed. He called it, "My unreal night in Colorado - with radio link" (Thu Oct 26, 2006 at 08:05:14 PM PST). I'll say (from what I read) that it was his "unreal night".
As I said before in "Standing up and Admitting a Mistake: Not Schiavo's Style?", if four uniformed officers were around my seat, I would have some idea of what was going on. I certainly wouldn't be sitting in "duh mode" to only be told later of what took place right there around me, as Michael suggests he was. If Michael's account is realistic -- his response and reaction is not. Nor is his response appropriate now that he has "learned" what he was "allegedly told" is not what took place. One would think if he can't get the words out that he was mistaken, he could at least have removed the inaccurate entry from his blog.
He has done neither.
I'm also still waiting to read about, "Also, maybe tomorrow I'll post about my election-eve rally with Bill Clinton in Florida." (A real election impact by Michael Schiavo, Thu Nov 09, 2006 at 10:40:34 AM PST). Indeed, I would love to read that story by Michael, since I read it was not possible. Not if he was implying it was the Bill Clinton that is the former President of the United States. Will be interesting to see what he says about that if he ever does.
If Michael couldn't get it straight what happened at the Musgrave debate or even if he spent election-eve with former President Bill Clinton -- do you suppose he might have gotten Terri Schiavo's wishes mixed-up as well? (He does claim to have a bad memory from what I read.) Makes one wonder. At least makes me wonder. Whatever...
I'm still waiting for the corrections if not the explanations!

Do not tempt me. My sarcasm glands are about to go hyper.
We can bypass them easily enough by poll vaulting.
What a huge serving of pride at Luciferian levels the libs must have to think they can out-vote God, but they really seem to think so.

If it sounds like I stuttered, I have a valid excuse. The new cat just jumped on my lap and onto the keyboard.
Actually, it is the cat's first post on FreeRepublic. He isn't very good at it, though.
I HATE it when that happens :-) :-)
The scene was captured by the immortal Zez Confrey in 1921. I hope this is a free sample: Kitten on the Keys
Seems to work :-)
Skritch, skritch, skritch, nice kitty. Better than some of the trolls.
I am going to feed him some lutefisk so he can become a certified viking kitty with powers of zot. (If I can find any, may have to make it myself.)
I was planning to drop by your place for a visit, but on second thought...
I tried to explain how the deep red color shouldn't turn people off. But nobody posted a complaint about that. Nobody posted a response at all! Imagine that.
I prefer my raw horse a bit more coarsely chopped, thank you.
What do you call it on the menu, "Mr. Ed tartare"? "Heigh-ho Silver tartare"? I would suggest something a little classier, like "Bucephalas tartare."
Ah hah! You cracked the secret for proper steak tartare. It is not ground like the pedestrian burger, but is chopped or grated. Now, nobody will come clamoring to me for a recipe.
Back in the days when Poland was still controlled by commies, we used to get excellent steak tartare at their embassy receptions.
I would use hippo tartare but people would think I was referring to the teeth of that river beast since hippo isn't used much any more for horse.
So when do we get to see a photo of the new Viking Kitty?
A French doctor has been given a one-year suspended jail term for poisoning a terminally ill woman. The trial in the southern French town of Perigueux made euthanasia an issue in the presidential election campaign.
The court found Dr Laurence Tramois, 35, guilty of poisoning 65-year-old Paulette Druais, who was suffering from pancreatic cancer.
Nurse Chantal Chanel, 40, who was on trial with her, was acquitted. The fatal injection was given in 2003.
The two women had faced possible jail sentences of 30 years for administering the dose of potassium chloride.
Dr Tramois said that she decided to resort to a lethal injection after Druais had told her that she did not want to die "in filth" the French news agency AFP reported.
Druais's family had backed her decision, but hospital managers had taken the pair to court.
The jury decided that Dr Tramois should not get a criminal record - meaning she can continue to practise medicine.
The injection was administered at a hospital in Saint-Astier, southwestern France.
More than 2,000 health professionals had signed a petition in support of the pair, calling for a change in the law to allow active euthanasia.
A French law adopted in 2005 allows families to request that life-support equipment for a terminally ill patient be switched off. But doctors are not allowed to take action to end a patient's life.
Tough choice. Take care of her so she won't have to die "in filth" or murder her and save everyone the bother. Gee, what would be the right thing to do? The nurse was aquitted, and the doctor got a slap on the wrist and gets to keep her license to practice medicine. Her "punishment" will be easier than caring for her patient would have been. I guess they made the right choice.
French Doctor Convicted Of Euthanasia, Avoids JailThe case sparked controversy in France, where more than 2,000 doctors and nurses signed a petition last week saying they had themselves performed similar actions and appealing for a change in the law to allow active euthanasia.
When my uncles risked life and limb to save these cowards, they didn't realize how quickly and eagerly they'd bring back the Holocaust.
I will wait until I catch him fumbling at the keyboard again. Poor thing tried to print out a page and couldn't get past the first menu. I am about to give up.
But he has the markings of a true Viking Kitty, with a lethal set of extra claws, a true polydactyl.
Right now he is sitting above my head on the chair back and reviewing my work. He just exclaimed, "Wow!" If I am lucky I will teach him another word and double his vocabulary. He is super gentle to good guys, snarls at trolls naturally.
One day he just showed up on our porch in the bitter cold, the same spot the big bear showed up about a year ago.
From your description, I have to wonder if they're related. ; )
