Well I may not make it then. But do you like steak tartare? I posted yesterday on its virtues and how to make it with ground raw horse meat and lots of onions and a raw egg. I thought I would be asked for recipes but am still waiting for responses.

I tried to explain how the deep red color shouldn't turn people off. But nobody posted a complaint about that. Nobody posted a response at all! Imagine that.
