I think what the poster meant was cobbler, as in one who cobbles together things with ellipsis or ellipses. But the use of cobbler in that sense is not used either, since that space has been taken up by the reference to a shoemaker. Just my attempt to read into the poster's mind.
One can always make one up and sound important and sophisticated. LOL!
