Which is the most ruthless SOB?
I take that one!

Mark my words: neither one will be elected President. So better to find somebody else to represent the party, or forget about winning in '08.

I know that this will bring the wrath of many anti-McCain Freepers, but McCain would be my candidate of choice if he were not so damned old. BTW, how old is Guliani?
To: areafiftyone
McCain's strengths lie in foreign policy, ethics,McKeating's strengths include ethics? Now I KNOW these folks are full of it.

A recent Gallup Panel poll shows Rudy Giuliani and John McCain the clear frontrunners among the Republican Party's 2008 presidential hopefuls. That's because the liberal press has chosen them for us.
Vote for a liberal - you'll get liberalism.
Don't vote (D/L). Don't vote (R/L). Don't vote for a letter of the alphabet.
Vote for a philosophy.
Vote for a Conservative - you'll get Conservatism.

Nothing in this poll about gun control or protecting our own borders.
To: areafiftyone
If it comes down to Rudy vs. McCain, Rudy is 1000 times better than McCain.

They should do the same poll in 3 months. After potential voters learn about all the baggage the two carry. Just say no to Rudy!

So what's the big deal. Of these who cares. They all are in the cartel & bought & paid for by the same elites. We're going to fight wars until there is no more money & put us on equal with the rest of the nations all the time the elites take more of the wealth from us.

P.S. Personally I don't want either one as a nominee. Don't EVEN get me started regarding McVain.

Giuliani, McCain Have Competing Strengths in Republicans' EyesTrue!! Both are in competition for the bottom of the Republican Presidential candidate ladder. McCain will take the lead and hold it, but Rudy has a lot of detractors. Neither, IMO, will see the inside of the Oval office except by invitation of the president.
