Funny how people like Biden love to talk about Constitutional powers, but never bother to read the Constitution. If he did, he'd know he's pretty much limited to confirming appointments and approving treaties.

I cannot believe this idiot Biden, who supposedly taught Constitutional Law classes, has such a complete lack of understanding of what Article 2 does and does not allow a President to do. The President sure as heck can launch an attack on Iran with NO Congressional approval. The ONLY authority Congress has is to cut off funds. They have NO authority at all over the President's ability as Commander in Chief to deploy troops or launch operations. NONE. They only reasons President have asked for Congress's support is it makes good political sense. It is NOT at all a legal regiment.
