So, Oswald's innocent until proven guilty in court, but that same courtesy isn't afforded the man who became president of the United States? Do you know how nutty that is?

About as nutty as saying that Al Capone was innocent of the murders committed on his orders because he was never so convicted, in particular after any pesky witnesses were rubbed out, and because he never personally pulled the trigger.

Actually, it's quite a bit nuttier, just short of the DU LIHOP/MIHOP theories, since there is absolutely no evidence implicating LBJ in any conspiracy and all the evidence points to Oswald acting alone.
