Nifong has more charges against him

Just heard via Fox News Alert that additional charges have been levied against Nifong. Charges are that he failed to disclose and/or hid the DNA evidence (that exonerated the 3 players charged).

I thought that was covered in the original complaint by the bar? I think the original complaint mostly covered statements he made to the press. These new complaints seem to be legal procedural complaints.

RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — The state bar has added ethics charges to a complaint filed against the prosecutor who brought sexual assault charges against three Duke lacrosse players, accusing him of withholding DNA evidence and making misleading statements to the court.
The new charges by the North Carolina State Bar against Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong were announced Wednesday and could lead to his removal from the state bar, according to a copy of the updated complaint.

The pictures of Nifong in his bathrobe are priceless. He just might get more than a slap on the wrist because he's handled himself in such a way that indicates some kind of emotional/mental dysfunction.
