No kidding. I do know that skin cancers can recur - they did on my grandmother... but if it's in the same place - I hope he's getting the Mohs microsurgery: it's pretty extensive and conclusive on leaving one cancer-free.
I think McCain should drop out... He is not healthy..
Sadly, it's reoccurred in the same place, as well as appeared in other places. I do feel sorry for him.....about that.
