Sorry, should've said

You'll find out if and when you ever get around to reading about Bush's "health insurance plan."

Don't worry I already heard that the Rats said it was already DOA. Maybe they're good for something afterall.

Funny you mentioned C-Span cropping her head. I watched all three alphabets and FOX to see how they handled Cheney's and Pelosi's head. She got a full head job.

What's hilarious about that pick is that I remember the live thread, the eyebrow, that pick, and that the 'rats had tapped that guy as their new rising star --- but for the life of me I can't remember what that Clymer's name is.

No apology necessary. In the heat of battle, all bets are off!

It took me a LOT longer than a year to learn to type with any speed on this thing; and I'm still a computer illiterate, in my book.

"This soap is never going to be in my bathroom, it is 0.00 and 56/100 impure."

LOL! It took me a second ... getting late for me.

Great way to make your point!

...Indians ride off to the buffalo hunt and one of them is wearing black Converse tennis shoes?

NO! I missed it. But I watch TV with my face towards the computer screen so I see precious little.

too bad that Quinine is deadly to some sensitive people, like my Ex Brother in Law who almost died after being given the med for leg cramps, and a Friend that was given the Med even though she had the info all over her files that she is allergic to it. She almost died and was in the Hospital three weeks, and her blood platelets were down to the 100's when normal is 150,000 to 400,000.

Ahh yes, there's the "reach across the aisle and sing kumbaya" Bush I came to know when he was governor of Texas.

Bush's approval ratings are low... better hold on to your wallets!

Gee whiz, what's your problem tonight?

Sorry,DaveLone, it's the tone of this whole thread. No analysis, just a bunch of trite remarks about people's eyes and physical looks. It's like no one listened to what the guy really said as opposed to just waiting for the end so all could cheer about how wonderful it was, when the whole speech was geared toward pleasing Dems (with the exception of the Iraq part), and absolutely nothing about the issues of the fall of moral values in our country, the need for good judges, school vouchers, abortion, religious values, lowering taxes, the corruption at the U.N., just about anything of concern to a true conservative Republican. He talked about global warming, he talked about education (the big kahuna of issues for the Dems), he talked about using the IRS and the tax system to penalize people who have good health coverage in order to finance by tax breaks those that don't (more income redistribution), he talked about all Dem issues. And no one on this thread seems capable of figuring that out. It's all the usual tripe of "I love Bush", he gave a "great speech", etc. Did anyone here even hear what he actually said? It's dismaying to say the least. But those who want to live in a dream bubble will, so I'll go elsewhere now to try to find some reality.

It has broken the NEAs stranglehold on the education standards of our kids. Nothing but the government could do that. Our schools actually have to perform now, and not doing so brings local scrutiny. That is a fact you overlooked. More kids being able to read would be another annoying fact, which is the aim of the program.

Cognitive dissonance is a sad thing. :-(

His health and his age, alone, should disqualify him from running.

Some cancers are now curable; his seems to me not. And we only know about what we can see, who knows where else he has it, beside his face. And THAT really is worrisome. Cancers usually spread to other areas/organs, when they keep reappearing.

I don't care how the President pronounces nuclear. I just wish he could just say no to amnesty and giving illegals citizenship. His program, if enacted, will give citizenship to 12-20 million illegals, most of whom will vote Democrat. Good bye conservatism and any hope of restoring our republic to its foundational principles/

NL: With all the negativism that you have against the President and you do not call your posts "rants"? May be our definition of rant is different.

OK, I see you call it "constructive criticism"... oh please, give me a break.

"Good question. Bye bye Bushbots. You've got the thread all to yourselves which is what you do, chase off any competing ideas about the Prez's speech or anything about the Prez. Just like Dems, trying to stifle speech. Bad as a University campus. Enjoy yourselves in your great conformity of thought."

Do be careful with that door as you exit...ta ta Dear!
