And where is the cripple (in mnore ways than one) councilwoman and the halfwitted 90 year old black broad from the city council (sorry, don't remember the names)? The board could (perhaps) hold them all (or not, and then what, a day of national mourning?)

Nope...its usually rainy season this time of year. We have had nothing but clear blue skies and 60 degree weather for awhile now....maybe rain in a couple of weeks.
