Is her fat rich brother running part of the campaign?
Had forgotten about him....maybe he's in jail?
Did you see the Internet Fireside Chat? Wonder when that was filmed. It was like watching one of those video farewells from the grandmother.
Bossy sanctimonious condescending.

This is a foolish move by Mrs. Rodham-Clinton. She will have only one weekend of coverage, and then the subject changes to the SOTU on Tuesday.
As noted above by some other brilliant FReepers, Clinton panicked because of Obama. She could have waited a week or two and had the press to herself. Instead, President Bush is going to knock her off the stage Tuesday.
And, BTW, stories are released late Friday, or early Saturday to reduce the coverage. I know the Clintons are far less saavy than the media credits them for being. But this just seems stupid.

Bush the Elder just couldn't understand how he could lose to a couple of "bozos"...and he got slammed.

He got slammed by the liberal press and TV MSM. 2008 is 16 years later....they will be up to their usual propaganda.
It's up to ALL of us, conservatives, libertarians, decent democrats and everyone else to prevent another whining anti-American Socialist from becoming POTUS.

Why is it that Elton John's "The Bitch is Back" keeps running through my head?

IMHO, when it comes to the "dynamic duo" getting even CLOSE to assuming the POTUS position again, they've HAD their chance:

2008 is 16 years later....
And the MSM does not have a monopoly on information anymore. There will be no Ross Perot shoved down our throat, and the winner in 2008 will have to get more than 50.1% of the vote for President, something no Clinton has ever done.

This will be entertaining. Somehow I don't think either one of them will get the nomination. I think, after they beat each other up, a "marriage of convenience" will be formed. In order to stop the "bloodshed" and face the election with a gimmick ticket that the Dims hope will propel them back into power, Hillary will be the Presidential candidate and Barak (not Osama/Obama) will be the VP candidate.
You see, they will go by their first names to hide their last names, and it will be the first Woman/Black ticket. Gimmicks and symbolism mean everything to the Dims.

I know the Clintons are far less saavy than the media credits them for being Their dirty little secret is that they've never developed great media skills because they've never needed them. The media simply did their lifting for them - every time, all the time - they never had the need to be strong in that area.
Maybe they do now. Too bad for them.

Haha. We know what the backdrop won't be. It won't be NOLA. The Breck girl preempted that.

Agreed. My money for the RAT nomination is on John Edwards. Unlike the Clintons, he is actually very smart. Don't get me wrong, he is a RAT socialist like Hillary Clinton, but he is a smart one.

Smart on her part: she is telling us in no uncertain that she is MOVING exactly TWO YEARS from TODAY!!!!! And a noon announcement would be right in line with her arrogance. And the people will cheer!

Not at all, feminism is about POWER, not about faithfulness! Feminists will forever worship at the altar of the former Miss Rodham.

Yes, people who don't think the Clintons are popular among a hard-core 45 percent of the electorate don't understand the Clintons. One poll in 1998 said that most of the Clinton supporters believe that they have "higher" moral standards than the Clintons do. It's that "defining deviancy down" that appeals to so many hapless Americans.

Hopefully, her never leaving will mean being Oprah-emeritus or at worst the female version of Robert Byrd.
I always try to be hopeful!
To: sodpoodle
Hillary's negatives are way too high to be elected president, so I say she should go for it. It will be fun to see the Hildabeast and Obama Hussein beat each other down. I've got the popcorn ready.

There are many Bill Clinton voters who will never vote for Hillary Clinton. There are no anti-Bill voters who will vote for Hillary.
