The guys on the radio this morning were bringing up a host of different analogies including indentured servents and the Chinese who were brought here to build the railroad.
An interesting point, and analogy, that was made about why apologies should NOT be made, is that it opens the doors for lawsuits. The analogy of what would follow was to liken it to the tobacco lawsuits where only the lawyers and a few high rollers (they menitoned Jesse Jackson) would see any money.
