The exact questions are in the transcript of the pretrial testimony. They make it quite clear that Nifong lied. Willful blindness would only apply toi the comments made on this program. Either way, Nifong is cooked on that point.

That's true - Nifong has been a big cog in the wheel of Durham, NC corruption....so who knows who else has been a victim of it and of him. Hopefully once he is indicted, a lot of his past cases will come back open for review.
