Here is the truck - the picture was taken by a neighbor at the apt complex. The neighbor called it in and was waiting for someone at the station to do a follow up on his call about the truck. There was 2 police officers who were at the complex serving a warrant to someone else who lived in the complex they were stopped by the neighbor who called in the truck tip (the neighbor thought the officers were at the complex due to his call in about the truck). The neighbor asked the 2 police officers to take a closer look at the truck.

Think about where we were, regarding missing persons, before people like John Walsh and Marc Klaas. Because of their personal tragedies and their efforts, so many changes have come about. Didn't the police tell John Walsh that they had to wait 24 hours before they could start looking for 6 yr. old Adam in case he was a runnaway?
Unbelievable!
