Not the same guy, even discounting the weight. Eye color id different, eyebrows are different shapes, ears are different.

Wow! 2 with the same name, both sex offenders. The fat one has never been registered at all. Same age, too. Well, that's what FOX says.
Oh my God! One knows deep down inside, that after he kidnapped the 11-year old, Devlin was planning to dump the older boy in the woods somewhere.
(Did his voice change, did he grow body hair, was he getting to big to control? Hope Devlin pays in prison and then in hell.)
And sure enough, the kidnapper put his name right on the site! A case of "catch me if you can". Now we know that kidnappers are bold enough to do such a thing.
I think we are getting the thinner Devlin criminal history. I wonder what type of rap sheet this fatter Devlin has.

I'm not denying that, FRiend. I work in a profession where attention to detail can make the difference between great success and dismal failure, and imo, the young man has great potential. There are a few professions out there where the ability to observe well is not just desireable but essential to success.
Long after money is spent, college is over, careers are changed, when he is old and gray he will be able to look back on the day when paying attention to things around him saved two young men.
Such an accomplishment is its own lasting reward.
God bless him. If someone starts a college fund for him, ping me and I'll gladly chip in.
OH - crap. I thought the other guy looked familiar. But I know this guy - I went to school with him! He was 3 years ahead of me! I know I saw him around as a kid.
He was one of the managers at the Kirkwood Imos. Creepy.........
