I feel bad for the landlord. They are sealing the apartment until the trial is over!
That is a lot of income on a building he bought only 2 years ago.

they are in the process of really investigating Devil and it is going to a long time to do so. I suspect they are doing things in a timely manner but to us it seems like to long!

I got led down the merry path years ago on a crime forum, along with many others, by a woman making all kinds of bizarre claims that eventually came out to be lies - but it was a year of our lives we spent checking them all out.
In this case of the "Chuckie" photos, it seems the lady was married to someone that I don't think she is married to anymore (two separate current addresses). The husband is close in age to Devlin AND lived in some apartments right along the same street where Devlin lives now. I don't have dates on that, so it may have been as long ago as the 1985 this lady said, or it could be more recently.
I thought it might be the same complex, but it's not - it's just north of the RR tracks - unless the tracks split the complex, then it's the same one - but he had also lived across the street another time. She doesn't show up as ever having lived at either of those addresses.
I do wonder if the ex was friends with Devo and he was the one whose picture was torn off, like lots of divorced people do with their pix.
However, if she made it all up, like the person I ran into before, it would've been very easy for her to know Arlin's first name was Charles/Chuck. We also don't know if Devlin was even in the photos or connected to them in any way - which is another reason someone else might have been torn off the pix.
My vote is for hoax, like John Mark Carr or the previous patho liar I ran into.

That apt complex is at 491 - do you know what 467 might look like? It's north of the RR tracks, but is it the same complex or a different one? Also, 444, on the other side of the street - apts?
