Good speech, poor delivery. When you give a speech where a good portion it sounds like you've never used a teleprompter before and have no energy, it hurts your message. Yes, President Bush knows what he is doing in Iraq, but like it or not, effective communication matters.
Missed it, had to get son from work, but I did tape it and will watch later.
