What's that for folks who didn't so hot in chemistry, any idea? I take it it's nasty.
"Ethylene" I always thought that was a pretty name for a girl!
From the ERG: Initial actions are to isolate immediate area for 50 to 100 meters in all directions. Keep upwind (duh).
If it's on fire isolate to 800 meters and consider evacuating that area.
SCBA recommended in the hot zone.
Green pages show no information, at least not in the 2000 edition of the ERG so they will most likely not recommend large scale evacuations.
