Breaking..suspicious device at port of miami..
See Rush Hour with Chris Tucker and Jackie Chan - early on in the movie, Tucker arrests some criminal after blowing up some C4 in his trunk...that's mighty lethal stuff!
LOL. Exactly.
I Agree.
Oh, yeah, I lived not far away, but didn't smell it - just watched the whole thing unfold.
That pretty much sums it up eh?
Wonder why these things happen in clusters like this.
Do you remember how Schwartzkopf used the Marines just offshore from Iraq as a feint to get Saddam to turn on all of his radar, which promptly disappeared from the map......BEFORE the actual ground war was started?
My theory is that the muzzies are probing and watching the response, and that the govt knows this well, and is probably getting jitterey over it......airliners, cruise ships and downtown areas with false alarms now for many months.
C'mon, these tests probably have a high false positive rate, because the risk of harm from getting a false positive and checking it out is far, far smaller than the risk of not being sensitive enough in testing and an actual bomb slipping through. The screening process by nature can't be perfect, but now that you've brought it up and made me think about it, I'd be more worried if they weren't getting false positives on tests.
> I'm not buying it are you?
I've stopped buying anything. You can't trust the Press. You can't trust the spokesmen.
Oh, and don't forget the Spam! lol
Let's hope we are keeping eyes on them.

"agitate your enemy and ascertain the pattern of his movement".
I agree.
Did the three go free yet? Of course it was all just a mistake cause of their bad english!! /sarc
Sorry I've been at work all day and the gas smell in NYC pretty much took all the news today.
I still can't get past the fact that he lied and the other two were in the back hiding.
Yep - not much left to be added...;-)
Scarier to me is the smell of mercaptan. I smelled it one day really strong and went outside to see what I could see.
It turned out that a large natural gas pipeline had been ruptured by some construction equipment right under the West Loop at the Meyerland Center. I walked down there and could see the "vapors" spewing out.
They evac'ed two stores (no one else would leave the other stores!) and it was at least 8 hours before they were able to get it capped - had to shut it down at the closest big valve and *wait* until it emptied.
What was really scary was standing down there watching all the huge amounts of traffic flowing right over it - knowing that any tiny spark might cause an explosion. I'm still amazed that cutting a large pipe like that just made a broken pipe and didn't blow up everything in its path.
LOL! You sound like Mr. LL!
There is a communications tower not far from where I live, the Grackles congregate there to the annoyance of the majority in these parts.
Yeah, good analogy!
Fertilizer will set the darned things off.
Don't apply nitrogen to your lawn in the AM and expect to pick up a relative from the airport that afternoon. You could spend the night in interrogation.
