A few hours inconvenience at least assures that she arrived safely to see her precious grandson. I would think the inconvenience is worth the feeling of security.

That's too dismissive for me. Grandma being stripped to the skivvies bothers me a lot but what bothers me even more is how the employees then tossed her in the ocean, knowing she couldn't swim. "No English, no English!" How the hell did they expect her to know where to go? SeaTac is a pretty damn huge airport, isn't it? It's a good thing she didn't have a heart attack.

Hostage, I wouldn't press her too hard about details. Let her enjoy being with family, take her to church, let her experience the greatness of our country. We're more than airport security and bureaucracy.
