"A person who buys 30 handguns at a time is not buying them for hunting, but for resale to criminals on the streets." Not necessarily. They either mind read or presume.
The Second Amendment does not provide for the amount of Arms a person can buy.

When Deval Patrick headed up HUD, he was a racist tyrant.

Great! Under The Devaluator there will never be another murder in the state again. Not in Boston...not in Chelsea.. not in Lowell...not in Lawrence...not in New Bedord...not in Holyoke.
So,I guess I shouldn't be too worried by the exodus of productive citizens that will occur under his reign or the resulting collapse of the value of my house that that exodus will bring about.

A person who buys 30 handguns at a time is not buying them for hunting,"Hunting" is not the reason for the 2nd Amendment anyway.
(Unless of course he was referring to hunting tyrants.)

It is possible in Massachusetts for "straw purchasers" and traffickers to buy unlimited numbers of guns to sell to the illegal market Straw purchases are already illegal at the federal level. Gonna make 'em *more* illegal? Yea, that will deter the criminals. Sure it will.
Multiple handgun purchases are already reported to the BATFE.
Usual Soros funded blather from the Brady Bunch.

"A person who buys 30 handguns at a time is not buying them for hunting, A person who buys a single handgun at a time is unlikely to be buying it for hunting. Oh there are a few handgun hunters, but in general handguns are for target shooting and/or self defense.

Guns as the New Boogyman News.

"A person who buys 30 handguns at a time is not buying them for hunting, but for resale to criminals on the streets." The purchase of more than one handgun by a non-licensee from any dealer in the country within a twenty-four hour period generates a notice of multible handgun purchase form that is sent to both the BATFE and the local LEO were the dealer is located.

Dosn't matter who sits in the corner office. If some goober wants to buy a gun illegally, nothings going to stop him.
We fixing up our house to sell and get out of here. We'd already made the decision long before Deval Patrick was elected. SirKit had thought about hurrying to get a gun license before Patrick took office, but I reminded him that it will be a LOT easier in MS, where we're moving, than in MA.

That means they will take this opportunity to get out the broad brush and take the right of firearms ownership away from everyone.
As if there were any rights for gun owners left in this cesspool of Liberals.
The criminals will still be able to get a firearms with ease.

So what do you do when you feel you have a "news story" and the MSM is telling you to get lost?
Simple, you pony up some bucks and pay USNewswire to pimp your story for you.

While I applaud any effective, constitutional effort to stop criminals from getting guns, their approach is just stupid.

You seem like a bunch of gun-law smart people here, so I have a question. How can someone legally ship a .22 handgun across the country? I have an extra permit lying around already for my ownership in this state.

I only wish my wife would let me buy one gun per month.

In the mind of liberal dirtballs, ANY gun is an "illegal" one, including ones in the hands of the Military.
