LAPD can't hire or train officers to replace those heading elsewhere or to retirement...why do they want a terror center here? Good Grief.

Thanks Karl. I didn't realize LAPD was having such difficulty hiring and training new recruits. I assume the desire to reel in a new terror center boils down to politics, power and ego. *sigh*
