To all who prayed for my wife and I for her surgery, heartfelt thanks.
The procedure was supposed to involve a processs similar to arthoscopic (sp?) and be mostly non-invasive. They discovered that there were issues and they had to open her up. The bottom line from the doctor was that "all went well". It will increase her hospital stay a couple of days and her recovery by a couple of weeks, however. She's in a lot of pain right now, but it is somewhat to mostly being controlled by meds. This morning at about six I was told the surgery would be over by 9 or 9:30. I didn't get any update, and she wasn't done until 10:15. I was a basket case at that time. The doctor apologised (uh-huh) for not sending word out to me of the complication.
Again, I can't thank you enough for the support. FReepers are the greatest.

The bottom line from the doctor was that "all went well". Praise God! I am so happy to hear this. I hope she recovers quickly and is soon back to good health.

I hope she recovers quickly and is soon back to good health.Thanks Mama. She will be off work at least six weeks the doc said. I think the good health thing will happen, thank God!
