Lordy, Lugar is just doddering. "Who is being trained?" I would assume they are Iraqis. "Where are the battle lines?" Well, Lugar, they are wherever the "insurgents" pop up. My goodness, do none of them read anything??? He wants the President to describe to him who we are fighting and how do our people go about finding them. Apparently Lugar cannot find any information by himself and has to have the President feed it to him.

I checked him out at wikipedia and he has had and is having a brilliant career. But I know what you mean, never 100% predictable.
