Hard to believe! He praises Ford and has to praise his administration but sees that these same people are now in President Bush's administration and trashes them.
I just don't get it! I give up! The Dems in my family will laugh and make jokes about things the Leaders in the Dem Party do
And then turn around and blame Bush
I haven't figured that one out either

"Someone took your comment the wrong way. Don't worry. "
That would be me. I was looking at a thread about Woodard, woody..whatever his name is and it steamed me that people make politics over the death of a man who was a unifier. I admit, I'm a little touchy at times.

Thank you for the photos... anyone know where to access transcripts of the eulogies at the state funeral? I thought they were wonderful.

Oh Jeeze...makes me glad I'm not watching Pee-Span; it sounds like they're coming out of the woodwork (or DU) over there...
I saw Hastert's and Cheney's speeches and thought Cheney's was the best.

Which one, my big blast or my numerous adoration posts about Dick Cheney?
To: Howlin
My family and I were traveling in CONUS when he ascended to the Presidency. I remember my late father's words at that moment: "he's not just some rich kid."
Farewell President Ford.
And that's all I have to say about that...

Dunno. Laughing at myself - you said "Y&R" and I thought you worked at Young & Rubicam (ad agency) with him.
So, I searched some things and found out you meant Young & the Restless. LOL, I worked all the time and didn't watch daytime TV - didn't know he did that. Last I remembered was he was a rodeo cowboy of a kind.
He lives in San Luis Obispo in Squire Canyon and I can't find any mention anywhere of a spouse in documents, but that doesn't mean there isn't one or hasn't been one. Sorry, I'm clueless.

There's always crocheting, embroidering, spinning, and tons of other handwork.
When I quit (many, many years ago) having something to do with my hands was the thing I craved most.

Yes..don't let it bother you...I have been crying off and on for the last two hours. I'm a sap for the good old days when we were on nation under God. I will get back to reality in a little while.

Those moonbats have no sense of reality. They were saying the other day that they wished it was Bush instead of Saddam. They have no understanding of history. They're irrational, delusional, and psychotic.
