I think that says a great deal about the President's lack of "blood lust" and his ability to put the matters of running the country first.
It's just a normal day of biz as usual for our fine Prez, in a world with one less brutal tyrant and murderer.

I think you've hit on a important point..the drudgery of eliminating monsters...because the worst fear of a monster like Hussein is that they disappear from public view and do it in a way that demonstrates how futile it is to resist the end.

It is no accident that the Prez had already gone to bed when the statement was released...just another day in the WOT folks...move along...
