I am still waiting for the 100 million dollar lawsuit against the county and Nifong. If he not only ignored but concealed exculpatory evidence, he should be sued. I would think that a lawsuit would be enough to boot him from the criminal case as well.

Isn't conspiring to hide evidence from the defendants' attorneys a criminal act? Where's the prosecutor who will go after Nifong for what seems to be an obvious breech of the law?
