Nifong filing to dismiss rape charges. Will keep SA and kidnap charges.

I'm going to try to listen in. This new information that Nifong will not try them for rape but for sexual assault and kidnap is as looney as anything else he has done. Good God Almighty!

That's the beauty of the kidnapping and sexual assault charges. Forensics are really a necessity in proving the charges. I'll bet Nifong's playing a game of chicken with the defense attorneys. Be interesting to see who blinks....
