Herman Cain PING! And unfortunately the leadershop is lacking and a good part of the "will" in Congress was defeated--

THis wall was deliberately put in place to protect our privacy (ie. tax records) from government abude (FBI fishing trips). The wall was created before the internet and before most people had even heard of identity theft. Back then, many people were more worried about the government getting private records and abusing them for political gain, or citizen intimidation. Time has definitely copme to tear down that wall!
