2009 or 2010 if they make them
2006 or 2007 if they buy them

I thought it said they would "get nuked" by 2010.

Oh well.

I've always wondered about these so called "technical issues" in articles like this. If it refers to the lack of some kind of technology, that could be one thing ... but that would most liklely be overcome fairly easily via black market means.

The "know how," though, I question. Iran has key friends in Russia, China, N. Korea, and Pakistan that have all overcome these technical issues and some in these countries, esp N. Korea and Pakistan, seem very intertested in providing Iran technology and info on this process. If they already have overcome these issues, why would they be issues for Iran? They have what seems to be open sources for info on how to build nukes from "a" to "z," what technical issues could possibly trump that?

I think this information should be heeded.

Keep in mind also, AQ has said in interviews their timeframe is 2010-2013. I would expect some collaboration as Timmerman has suggested, however unlikely that may seem despite the Sunni-Shia differences. Hatred of us will probably override the theological arguments.

misinformation by the israelis. it buys them time for the iranians to believe that the israelis believe that they wont have the bomb until them. my guess is more like 2008.

We are burning daylight, and wasting time. The Iranians are not burning daylightm, and they are not wasting time. They are providing terrorists with weapons, they have Iraqi aircraft with the capability to deliver a nuke anywhere in their vicinity - let alone a missile capability provided by the Chines/Russians, and N.Koreans.

We are wasting time - these people are not going to wait. We have to eliminate the threat.

Question: With all its oil reserves, why does Iran need nuclear power?
