Actually the company needs to be subjected to asset forfeiture.
They knowingly hire illegal aliens and knowingly aid and abet them and knowingly obstruct justice by warning illegals ahead of time that raids are coming.
The fact that they engage in a thinly disguised veneer of cooperation with the government is incidental, and can be viewed as a typical criminal delaying tactic.
Once their factory has been confiscated it can be sold off to a company willing to play by the rules, just as aircraft and other assets of drug runners are sold off to legitimate operators vetted by Customs, ICE, etc.
Asset forfeiture is applied to the smallest of defendants across the country guilty of the smallest of misdemeanors. A major company engaged in a massive criminal enterprise of RICO levels should most certainly be subject to the same penalties.
