It's entirely possible he had a brain aneurysm or has a previously unknown brain tumor. If not a stroke, I'd bet aneurysm.

Yep. Though perhaps the development of something like Parkinson's or something else might cause seizures or stroke-like symptoms. The speech and movement difficulties seem to be common to a lot of potential problems.

After hearing the video .. I'm thinking aneurysm also .. he didn't just stutter his words .. he want totally blank

That clip did not sound good at all
