Wow. Thanks for the link. About 30 Brooklyn's listed, not counting the ones that might've said NYC or didn't specify at all. Cool.

Connecticut ping!

A reminder to Connecticut FReepers... "Silly" has a ping list for Manhattan FReeper Happy Hours. Many gatherings are detailed via private FReepmail. Send Silly a FReepmail if you'd like to join his list.

Please Freepmail me if you want on or off my infrequent Connecticut ping list.

It was great to see some FReepers and meet other conservatives at Thursday's Young Republican's meeting.

The speakers were author Max Boot, journalist Azi Paybarah and writer J. R. de Szigethy. Check out my meeting notes and then add this monthly meeting to your calendar, second Thursday of each month. There's always a gathering afterwards, and if you have trouble making the Happy Hours, this is an excellent use of your time. (There is no age limit; the attendance is very diverse.)

Tuesday Happy Hour

Looking forward to seeing a few new faces at this Tuesday's Happy Hour in midtown near 53rd and 3rd (details TBA). Don't feel bad if the holidays are keeping you away from events. I'm very proud of you for getting on the ping list and your desire to meet other FReepers. We'll have a great time together in the coming months!

You have Freepmail. Tonight's 6:30 to 8:00 Happy Hour is steps away from 2nd Ave on 53rd (between 2nd and 3rd).

Sorry for the late notice, but wifi wasn't working. Hope no one was put out.

If I don't see you, have a Merry Christmas and Happy Hannukah. See you at the New Year's Day party or mid-January HH.

Hope everyone had fun. Merry Christmas to all!
(bowling night tonight, don't you know. And I don't get to Manhattan much...)
