If YOU get YOUR flu shot, and your family gets theirs, you shouldn't have to worry about an epidemic.

Never mind See post 24. Unless you're proposing free flu shots for everyone, why shouldn't illegals pay for their shots?. On rereading the quote, I see the recomendation is to immunize everyone presumably for free, not just illegals.

Immunizations aren't only for the people getting immunized - it protects the entire population. No there is another way, as a matter of fact we used it for years on arriving (legal)immigrants. Quarenteen, and deport the sick ones.

We are concerned that they might pass flu along to citizens, but we aren't concerned about the host of other diseases they bring in? I'd rather have flu than drug resistant TB.
