Newt is probably the last chance we'll ever have at having a Ronald Reagan-style Conservative in the White House again.Perhaps. He does seem to be a conservative. A man can be forgiven much, but can he keep it in his pants this time around?

Actually, about all we know about that situation, we learned from the MSM, and we all know how reliable they are.../sarcasm off.
Having said that, with the scandal, embarassment, and other assorted baggage the clintons, kennedys, et al have brought to America, to totally dismiss Gingrich for leaving his wife is so, er. liberal of you.
Half the country (or more)are divorced or have had multiple marriages; we don't know the circumstances of any of what happened that wasn't told to us by the MSM. I've been married twice, and it hasn't had a thing to do with how loyal I am to my country.
At least he didn't run anyone into the river and let them drown...or get a b-job on the Great Seal in the Oval office. clinton had a lot o baggage, even before he was elected President, and kennedy has been re-elected countless times through all of his scandals. Even hillary is the democrap front-runner and anyone not on heavy drugs knows her personality and devious intentions.
I say give Gingrich the benefit of the doubt and at least see where this goes before you start a new gossip column over news as old as his alleged trist.
Even if the MSM accounts are true, he'll still be better than anything the liberals put up, and much better than McCain.
It's about time we start looking out for America's future and security, and quit judging candidates like beauty contests and soap operas. Sometimes you have to fight fire, with fire.

Don't you realize how these type of comments hurt us all? Think about it for awhile.

Newt is a great organizer and a superb planner. Much of what he does reminds me of Lee Atwater.
But he needs to forget about running for president. He's yesterday's news and failed to hit back when the Clintonistas demonized him for shutting down the government.
We need a standard bearer who can hit back AND keep his pants on. His best service to the country will be behind-the-scenes organizing. I have no objection seeing him get a job or having a lot of influence in a new administration. But job #1 is to crush the Hildebeast.

Newt would be a GREAT President from a policy standpoint.
However, he has neither the charisma nor the moral character to run and win.

..but can he keep it in his pants this time around? And you spread this baloney because .....
1) The GOP-hating media said so.
2)Gingrich is divorced.
3)His ex-wife accused him of such during their divorce proceedings (gee, that would be a surprise, an ex-spouse saying bad things)
4)You dont like Gingrich?
Unfortunately, if we denigrate and disqualify every person who has been divorced, we will effectively be eliminating a large portion of our strength.

I know; that' the problem I have with Newt, his personal morality. But, after this last election cycle, I'm beginning to think that 98% of the people on Capitol Hill are immoral.
Let's just count on the fact that at his age now, all we have to do is just get someone to hide his Viagra prescription. That oughta keep him down. (Pun intended.)
