A JFK paper trail
The Dallas Morning News ^ | November 21, 2006 | David Flick

At the scene of one of the nation's most famous crimes, suspicion reigns.

"It's a sort of no-man's land, and no one's in charge out here. We keep a watch on each other," said Bob Goodman, who sells assassination-related newspapers at Dealey Plaza. "There are certain unwritten rules, and there's a sort of self-policing."

Well, if the CIA did manage to pull that off undetected, I have one question.

Bad result in this case aside, because JFK is/was pretty much my ideal candidate other than the Hersch stuff on Cuba, is it possible to bring these CIA spooks back to take care of Castro, Chavez, and the nutcases in Iran and North Korea?

Last year I read an article by some European journalist who said Oswald was on the payroll of the Cubans whose embassy he visited in Mexico City after returning from Russia. The Cubans had trouble recruiting people inside the United States who would promote Castro's ideas. Even though they considered Oswald unstable they figured he would be useful as a political agitator and Castro advocate. Allegedly, Oswald contacted the Cubans, told them JFK was coming to Dallas and he was going to assassinate the president. The Cubans did not think Oswald was capable but they humored him and said, "Go ahead."

If that's true, and it's certainly plausible, the commies' must have damn-near sh!t themselves when he actually pulled it off.

I found a link but it is not as detailed as the story I read which was about a year ago. Apparently it is a documentary:

Earlier this month, I was in Las Vegas and came across a very interesting documentary on a TV channel dedicated to tourist info (perhaps a repeat from A&E). The working theory was that individuals with ties to Vegas, and who were once friendly to the Kennedys, became irate at AG RFK due to his crusade against organized crime

I don't think that LBJ killed JFK. People who knew Johnson say that for the rest of his life he was terrified that "they" were coming after him next.

Keenan, 81, said he was convinced Kennedy's successor, Lyndon Johnson, blocked further investigation because proof of a Cuban link would put him under irresistible pressure to invade the island, a year after the Cuban missile crisis had brought the United States and Soviet Union to the brink of nuclear war.

This corresponds to Johnson's reported remarks to the late (ABC journalist) Howard K. Smith, "Kennedy tried to kill Castro, but Castro got him first". It also mirrors LBJ's Vietnam era chicken-heartedness when it came to any move that might provoke a confrontation with the Commie nuclear powers, China and the USSR.

I always wondered why the bullet that hit Kennedy and Connelly(that hit many bones and flesh) was a regular military round(pristine bullet) and the head shot on Kennedy fragmented throughout his brain?

One of the best authorities on the forensic aspects of the case is Dr. Cyril Wecht, a forensic pathologist, who is both a lawyer and a doctor.

What I have never found convincing in all the "more than one shooter" conspiracy theories is the idea that the "others" would have used different ammunition (other than the 6.5mm Mannlicher-Carcano round), and expected to "get away with it". I've seen a lot of military ammunition go down range, and I can say that when you factor in all the variables, some funny (and almost unaccountale) things can happen to different bullets from the same lot of ammunition that are fired into different media. That's why I leave the ballistics to the "experts".

My opinion is that whoever ordered the hit had drug deals with Papa Joe in the past and helped him get his sons to power. When they got to power they screwed over the people who got them there so they had to go. I never could figure the Swimmers' angle though!

In 2005 I toured the book depository the area where Oswald sat etc. First impression, how close Oswald was to Kennedy. Second, the motorcade was traveling very slow. Third, the rifle and scope Oswald used was set up with a movie camera to show what the shooter saw. This was done as part of the investigation which reenacted the whole scene with dummies in the motorcade. There were still photos of from this camera and maybe the movies, I don't remember the latter.

These photos showed the dummies (Kennedy) head filling the rectal of the scope. As a marksmen in my younger days, this was like shooing a soccer ball at 40 feet with iron sights
3 shots from the same direction, no problem.

Yay!It's JFK conspiracy time again!Yay!
Here's a list of very suspicious people I submit could have been responsible:

George Bush (1 AND 2)
The Shriners
The Masons
Michael Savage
The Rosicrucians
Elvis
Howard Dean
Sasquatch
Speedy Alka-Seltzer
The guy who urinates by the dumpster in back of the building.

If the hit happened today, the media and the internet would
prevent LBJ from getting away with it like he did in 63/64.
