For the record, a 3400 series flight number isnt mainline USAIRways, I think its an Air Wisconsin flight (DBA as US Express)

It was reported as a Republic Air flight. The Airline is owned by US Air.

Think about it before you call for the Gate Agent's head. There are proper procedures for the Air Marshalls, and maybe standing policies REQUIRE the badge and paperwork. A bagge can be faked, but paperwork with proper code numbers could be the second check to verify that the agents were who they said they were.

Now, what would you have been saying if a Gate Agent violated policy and let a terrorist with fake badge and no peperwork hijack a plane...

First, I didn't call for the gate agent's head. Second, if this report is accurate, the paperwork they were calling for wasn't relevant. Sounds like somebody above the gate agent dropped the ball by not knowing their job.

That is a specious argument. The DHS CALLED and tried to get him on the flight. It was NOT a terrorist, they don't call DHS to get someone on a flight.

ok everyone....Marshals only has ONE L....and two, Deputy US Marshals and Air Marshals are two distinct agencies....DUSMs are with the Dept of Justice....Air Marshals are (I believe) with the DHS (TSA)....

Just look who is working in airports.Mostly rejects with IQ below 90.

I don't know about your airport but most airports seem to be filled with Muslims. There are women in head scarves checking your trunk at the parking lot and every fast food restaurant is manned by Muslims. Look out the window the next time you are sitting on a plane. The baggage people and the cleaners are all Muslims.
